#GivingTuesday

TBT's new project in the works is to create a performance experience for an audience to explore gender dysphoria, where the stress and unease experienced by a person whose assigned gender at birth does not match their gender identity.

We aim to use theatre to deepen empathy through performance (under the guidance of a trans identifying person) so that this sensation can be seen and discussed rather than only described. Our ultimate goal is to develop and tour this project to theatre festivals and schools so as to contribute to the conversation about transfolk and gender identity.
